The Ascendant and house cusps change every ~4 minutes. Without exact time, your rising sign and house placements can be wrong.
What if I don't know my birth time?
Use 12:00 — the Sun and most planets stay accurate, but the Ascendant and Houses become estimates.
How long does it take?
