These terms apply to everyone who uses Horozo, whether browsing freely or making a paid purchase.
The services
Horozo offers three kinds of services:
- Free tools: horoscopes, tarot spreads, numerology, moon calendar, dream dictionary, compatibility, and similar interactive features.
- Paid PRO products: personalized readings, AI portraits, natal charts, transit forecasts, palmistry and face analysis.
- AI-generated content: paid products are produced with the help of AI models. Output is for entertainment and reflection — not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Entertainment value
All readings, forecasts, and analyses on Horozo are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on a Horozo reading.

Payment
Prices shown include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed through third-party providers (currently Paysera). By submitting payment you authorize the charge.
Refunds
Horozo sells digital products. We do not refund delivered digital items. Limited exceptions apply (non-delivery, technical failure, unauthorized charge, mandatory consumer law). See our full Refund Policy for details.

Uploads
When you upload a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and that you are not uploading a photo of a minor without consent of their parent or guardian.
Intellectual property
Our brand, design, and code are protected. AI-generated portraits and readings you purchase are yours to use personally. Reselling Horozo content is not permitted.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Horozo for:
- creating sexualized or harmful content of any person.
- uploading photos of people who have not consented.
- attempting to bypass payments or abuse promo codes.
- reselling our paid products or scraping our content.
Limitation of liability
Horozo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email if you have an active account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania (Republic of Lithuania) and any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Vilnius. EU consumers retain mandatory rights under their country of residence.
